The holiday season was so busy, and the new year has not slowed down much. I am sorry I have just not been in a blogging mood. I am now ready to get back at it. I have been working on my plans for the year and setting goals. My goal is to blog every other day.

I have been having some great things happening lately and some divine meetings. I met today with a new contact and had a great time. I met last week with several new folks and had awesome visits with them. The really good news is that each of these meetings are going to produce something great.
I am pumped and ready for 2009!

Comment and let me know how your 2009 has started.

If you need a little boost then join us Thursday night January 15, 2009 with our special guest, Randy Mayes from The Success Coach Network.

pumpkinpie

I was up until 2AM cooking the Turkey.  We are going to go to friends house for the day, and our part is bringing Turkey, dressing, pumpkin and pecan pie, and sweet potato casserole.  We are bringing a whole meal plus she is fixing Ham and fixings.  Too much.

The most important thing today is not the food or the fellowship.  We need to give Thanks for the blessings that God has gave us.  We are a blessed people and country.   We have the blessing of a FREE country and being able to worship as we please,  work and live where we want, marry whom we choose and have children(as many as God blesses us with) , and we can do all this without regulation.

There are politics that we don’t agree with and policies we don’t agree with, but we have the freedom to vote and voice our opinions and fight for what we believe in.

What are you thankful for this Thanks Giving?

I would love to hear from you, will you give me a comment and let me know what you are Thankful for?

I thank God for you today.  May God bless!

Have a safe and blessed holiday!

As we are enjoying our freedoms here in America, we need to remember the soldiers who are over in another country protecting us.  Please join me in prayer for our soldiers and their families.

Lord, we thank you for the soldiers who have sacrificed themselves so that we can be free.  Please be with each and every soldier and protect them and bring them home safely to their families and friends.

Amen

During this 4th of July holiday!  I will be on vacation (relaxing).  I will be back Tuesday July 8, 2008.

BE BLESSED!!

We had a great family experience Sunday.  Our church had a seder.  We had a Messianic Jewish couple who was more than willing to share with us.  We had about 60 people and it was fantastic.

Welcome

Baruch haba b’shem Adonai

Blessed is he who come in the name of the Lord.

This was the beginning of our Haggadah.  A Haggadah is the script or the story of Passover.

We went through the Haggadah step by step and it took about 3 hours.  We lit the candles, drank more grape juice in that meal than we have all year, had unleavened bread, bitter herbs, several other dishes, and they smoked 2 lambs.

Each one of the steps had significance as it related to the Israelites going from slavery to freedom and how we have the chance to go from being a sinner to being saved by grace.

It was a great experience.
